1. Website and services

This site describes the fabrication capability of Kim Nghe Kim Phat Co., Ltd.: LASER cutting, metal bending, structural welding and related services in Ho Chi Minh City. Content is informational. A quote is binding only when Kim Phát confirms it in writing or by email.

2. Contact and quote forms

Information and drawings you send must be accurate and must not infringe third-party intellectual property. Submitting a form does not create a contract. Kim Phát may decline jobs that do not match machine capacity, material or schedule.

3. Drawings and technical files

Drawings, DXF/DWG/PDF and technical notes are used only to quote and fabricate your job. We do not pass those files to others except as needed to complete the order or as required by law.

4. Equipment specifications

Machine data on the Equipment page reflects shop capacity at the time of publication. Actual capacity for a job depends on material, tolerance and production schedule, and is confirmed in the quote.

5. Content ownership

Logos, photos and service copy on this site belong to Kim Phát or licensed partners. Do not copy them at scale for commercial reuse without written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

The website is provided as-is. Kim Phát is not liable for indirect loss arising solely from visiting the site, except where Vietnamese law requires otherwise. Fabrication liability is set in each quote or contract.

7. Governing law

These terms follow the laws of Vietnam. Disputes about the website should first be negotiated; if unresolved, courts of competent jurisdiction in Ho Chi Minh City shall hear them.
