Kim Phát laser cutting DXF sample library

DXF sample library for CNC laser cutting

DXF is a vector CAD drawing exchange format commonly used to transfer cutting paths from design software to CNC laser-cutting software.

This page currently provides design previews for reference and fabrication preparation. Kim Phát will publish downloadable files only after each sample completes technical review.

Check the drawing before fabrication

  • Verify drawing dimensions, units, and scale; do not assume a file uses millimetres or inches.
  • Remove duplicate paths, open points, and non-cutting objects, then convert all required cutting paths to vectors.
  • Confirm material, thickness, tolerance, and finishing requirements with the fabricator before production.
  • Each sample is for reference only and does not replace a technical drawing approved for a specific order.

Terms of use

When published, DXF files are for personal or educational use only. Commercial use, resale, and redistribution of the original files are not permitted. Content is supplied as is.

DXF file FAQ

What is a DXF file?

DXF is a CAD drawing exchange format that commonly stores vector paths so fabrication software can read cutting paths.

Can I download DXF files from this page now?

Not yet. The current cards are previews; a download will appear only after Kim Phát completes technical review for that sample.

What should I check before sending a DXF file for laser cutting?

Check units, scale, duplicate paths, open points, vector cutting paths, material, and thickness before sending the drawing to a fabricator.
